Hello, my name is Cuong Luu. I am a professional home inspector in the greater Toronto area. I graduated with a honour’s bachelor degree in Science from the University of Toronto and got my home inspection training from Seneca College. I am certified in Infrared Thermography, (infrared thermal imaging) and its applications in residential buildings.
I love performing home inspections because you never know what you’ll find, every house has defects and I find it rewarding to be able to explain to clients the nature of the defect and how they can remedy the situation. I love the detective work. I get to apply my background in the sciences to the real life situations I find out in the field.
A recent mystery I came across were roof vents that could not be accounted for. You can read more this at my home inspection blackboard - mystery roof vents.
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, long distance if I get the chance.
I like to spend my Thursday nights at Meadowvale Toastmasters.
I volunteer at Habitat for Humanity when I get a chance.
I am an active member of the Knights of Columbus 12706.
