Every inspection comes with :

Unlimited lifetime access to my consulting service.

If you buy the home after our inspection, you get unlimited lifetime access to our consulting service for as long as you own that house.  That means any issues you have with the property, whether it is an upgrade or renovation, a problem with your furnace or air conditioner,  or something as small as finding the reset button to the GCFI, give me a call first.  I offer you complete peace of mind after I completed the  inspection.  It does not cost you anything and my service a life time as long as you own your house.

Detailed written report with pictures, not check mark report.

My reports are detailed easy to follow written in plain language.   The include the photos and thermograms take during the inspection, with clear easy understand explanations.  With every defect identified, I describe the condition, the implications, and recommendations to remedy the situation.   I do not use the quick and easy check mark reports.

Trained, certified and experienced.

You get a well trained, educated, certified, and experienced home inspector at your service.   Home inspection covers a wide spectrum of topics, and as a professional home inspector, I have in depth about all these topics.  They include building sciences, technical aspects on house appliances, and the environment on the property and its surroundings.  In addition to the house itself which includes but not limited to roofing, structural, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning,  foundations, exterior, and landscaping.

I have a Hons. B Sc. Science from UofT and training in home inspection from Seneca College.  I have been working in the field for over 4 years and have inspected over hundreds of  houses. Read more about my bio.
